Lead meaningful evolutions of our front-end products, from idea to shipped, with PMs and designers;
Build and maintain large-scale, resilient front-end applications that run 24/7;
Set the bar on front-end quality: architecture, testing strategy, performance, accessibility;
Act as a technical reference, mentor other engineers, and take an active part in hiring;
Use AI as a daily multiplier in your workflow, with judgment about its limits and responsible use.
WHO YOU ARE
A strong front-end engineer with a track record of building and evolving large-scale, resilient applications that run 24/7;
Deep proficiency with modern front-end: TypeScript, React and Next, GraphQL, and CSS3;
Solid command of automated testing: the different types and when to use each;
Experience as a technical reference: guiding teams, setting front-end direction, and lifting the engineers around you (including a hand in hiring);
You connect technical choices to customer and business impact;
You're hands-on and curious about AI: you use LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools to boost speed, quality, and clarity, while staying thoughtful about their limits, safety, and responsible use;
Advanced English and Portuguese;
Based in any Brazilian city;
Experience in commerce is a plus.
