Location & Remote Wor
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About this role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager who will be a technical and strategic leader responsible for shaping the core experience of our brokers. Your work will focus deeply on foundational layers, ensuring that systems are not only robust and scalable but also serve as engines of engagement. Simultaneously, you will lead the evolution of productivity tools, transforming our applications into high-performance hubs that simplify daily tasks and accelerate the closing of new business.
Your main objective will be to drive operational growth through two critical fronts: expanding the broker base and maximizing the performance of that base. You will navigate complex incentive architecture and cash flow problems, using data to iterate models that align broker success with company objectives.
We expect you to act as a mentor to other PMs and a strategic partner to Operations and Engineering leadership, ensuring that our value proposition for brokers is the most competitive and efficient in the market.
