QuintoAndar’s Marketing team is responsible for building and strengthening the top of mind brand in real estate in Brazil.
We face the challenge of building a dedicated B2B marketing structure that can support our business growth as we expand our product portfolio offer for this audience. This position is a strategic "founding" role within the Marketing team, where you will be the primary owner of our B2B marketing powerhouse.
As a Sr. Marketing Manager, B2B, you will:
Drive our B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our B2B product portfolio aligned with our business goals.
Own the Strategic Planning: Lead the yearly B2B strategic plan, including budgeting, strategic briefings, and resource allocation.
Lead Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of B2B-specific initiatives, including integrated marketing campaigns, high-impact events, point-of-sale activations, among others. .
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Business and Product teams to translate technical product roadmaps into compelling B2B plans and initiatives.
Measurement & Optimization: Establish and monitor B2B performance metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance brand equity.
Creative Briefing: Brief internal and external creative partners to produce communication that resonates with professional real estate stakeholders.
