What your day-to-day will look like
The Revenue Strategy Analyst will support the Head of Revenue Strategy in executing the Value Creation agenda within the Revenue organization - a cross-functional mandate sitting at the heart of the CRO's office. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who is analytical, organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
In partnership with the leader, the ebanker will be responsible for bringing rigor, structure and execution quality to the day-to-day, ensuring projects move forward, insights are well-packaged and stakeholders are kept aligned.
Project Execution & Orchestration
Support the orchestration of key cross-functional initiatives led by the CRO, tracking progress and flagging blockers
Maintain project documentation, status updates and follow-up logs across active workstreams
Coordinate with internal stakeholders — Sales, Finance, Product, FP&A — to ensure alignment and pace
Analysis & Insights
Conduct ad-hoc commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide structured visibility on key initiatives and revenue metrics
Research market trends, competitive dynamics and internal data to feed monetization and growth projects
Executive Support
Help prepare materials for CRO-level and C-suite audiences — clear, structured and insight-driven
Synthesize inputs from multiple sources into concise, decision-ready outputs
What you need to shine in this role
Required
2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, revenue operations or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with financial models, data manipulation and drawing conclusions from complex datasets
Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail or pace
Clear and structured communication, written and verbal, in both Portuguese and English
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with senior stakeholders
