What You Need to Succeed
• Strong web design craft: Proven experience taking projects from initial concept to live, high-performing landing pages, with excellent visual taste and strong attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, art direction, interaction details, and polished execution.• AI-native workflow: Active use of tools like Cursor or Claude Code, with a clear philosophy on how to use AI to speed up production without sacrificing quality.• Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates high visual and interaction craft in live marketing or product sites.• Systems mindset: Experience working with design tokens, or component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across campaigns.• Collaboration: Clear communication and comfort pairing with product designers, engineers, and marketers.
