Facilities Analyst

This position is 100% on-site. Our office is located in Pinheiros-SP.

We’re looking for a Facilities Analyst to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of our São Paulo office. From supporting installations and coordinating preventive maintenance to managing office infrastructure vendors, this role is essential to keep our workspace safe, comfortable, and ready to support a high-performance team.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical support for computers and peripherals.

Create and maintain documentation for tracking and organization.

Assist in the creation of administrative documents.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Ensure proper functioning of office equipment.

Act as a creative problem solver in various situations.

Address issues promptly and find effective solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

Be available to work in person at the office in São Paulo, Pinheiros region.

Intermediate English level for conversation.

Empathy and effective communication.

Proactive attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in providing on-site and remote IT technical support. (This is a valuable asset)

Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.

Excellent organizational abilities.

Enthusiasm and passion for technology.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Handyman

Technical or vocational training in facilities, maintenance, or engineering.

Experience with workplace management systems or ticketing tools.

Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NRs).

Previous experience supporting tech/startup environments.
